This Big-Mouth-Know-It-All is never gonna stop so I shall better ignore ..

Well that could be some relief..

I think writing in peace would be good to begin with..

Over the years, all YOU have done is confuse me.. the moment I make a choice or take a decision you poke your "Pinocchio Nose" into it..
I think hard and try to convince myself about something or make up my mind and you come up with ideas that seem so much better and do nothing but confound me..

interestingly brings out the conflict we often face with ourselves..
Li'l Miss Nobody is not any one of you.. she is the state of disharmony between our mind and heart..

Anyway I think you tried to separate out the inseparable. So even though this is an interesting dialog, I am so sure you switch roles between the pragmatic and the optimist pretty often.
And hellloooo... since when did the inner voice become that of a girl? :D
Another interesting and thoughtful writing. Li'l Miss Nobody is nothing but in this case is ur inner voice which is always right most of times because it knows u better than others and probably even yourself and so we can't ignore it even if we try.
And @who : The inner voice of a girl would be that of a girl. Imagine inner voice of a girl as a man's voice. Funny..isn't it.

I love this miss lill nobody as her presence forms a unique part of us ... Which if made to hush will make every thought One-sided and the balance will never be achieved ....
Her yippitttty yapppityyy chit chat do give us company all the time and gives us company even when one is alone....
By the way i guess the balance is turning into twins ....
